How to collect graduation photos from everyone
Short answer
Make a Kins album for graduation day and share the invite link with classmates and family. Everyone adds the photos from their own phone, and each photo shows who took it.
Set it up
- Create an album with the graduation date.
- Choose who can see it: "Invited only" for friends and family, or "View by link" if anyone with the link may browse while only invited people post.
- Share the link in the class chat and the family chat before the ceremony, so photos come in the same day.
After the ceremony
- Short moments like the cap toss work well as video, up to 3 minutes each.
- Pick four photos and make a photo strip, sized for stories.
- In Album settings, "Save all" saves the album’s photos to your phone in one go.
One album or two?
- One album is enough if classmates and family don’t mind seeing each other’s photos.
- To keep them apart, make a friends album and a family album, and post your best shots to both.
