We are equally clear about what we do not take.

If you used "Hide My Email" when signing in with Apple, the address we receive is the relay address Apple created. We never learn your real address.

2. Where we keep it

WhatWhereProcessor
Accounts, albums, comments and other recordsRepublic of Korea (Seoul)Supabase Inc. (United States)
Photo and video filesAsia-PacificCloudflare, Inc. (United States)

Both companies only store and process the information in order to provide the Service; they do not use it for their own purposes. Because both are based in the United States, this constitutes a transfer of personal information overseas. The items transferred, the purpose and the retention period are as set out in the table above.

Photo files are not kept at public addresses. Each time a photo is viewed we mint a temporary address that is valid only briefly, and that address is never issued to anyone who is not a member of the album.

3. Who can see it

Photos and albums are visible only to the members of that album. We do not give or sell your photos to third parties, and we do not use them for marketing.

Our staff do not look at your photos. The one exception is a post that has been reported, which we may open in order to review it.

4. How long we keep it

5. Your rights

You can see, correct and delete your information at any time.

6. Children under 14

The Service does not accept sign-ups from anyone under 14. If we confirm that a user is under 14, we delete the account and the information connected to it.

7. How we protect it

8. If there is a breach

If we learn that personal information has been exposed, we will tell you within 72 hours and report it to the authorities. We will tell you what was exposed, when, what we did about it, and what you can do.

9. If this policy changes

If the content changes we will post notice in the app and on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect. For changes that disadvantage you, we give 30 days' notice.

10. Contact

Send questions about personal information, or requests to see or delete it, to:
