Kins(개발자: Hypeway)의 계정과 데이터를 지우는 방법입니다.

앱에서 바로 지우기

앱에서 설정 → 계정 삭제로 들어가 밀어서 확인하면 그 자리에서 지워집니다.

앱이 없을 때 — 메일로 요청하기

앱을 지웠거나 쓸 수 없으면, Kins에 가입한 이메일 주소로 아래 메일을 보내주세요. 본문에 아이디(@handle)를 적어주시면 더 빨리 찾습니다. 받은 날로부터 7일 안에 지우고 답장드립니다.

지워지는 것

• 계정과 로그인 정보, 이름·아이디·프로필 사진
• 내가 올린 사진·영상, 내가 쓴 캡션과 댓글
• 알림용 기기 토큰

계정과 기록은 즉시 지워지고, 보관소의 사진 파일은 24시간 안에 완전히 삭제됩니다. 다른 사람이 올린 사진은 그 사람의 것이라 남습니다.

남는 것

공개 앨범에서 자동 검사에 걸려 지워진 사진이 있었다면, 그 사실의 기록(사진 번호·올린 사람 번호·걸린 항목)이 악용 방지를 위해 남습니다. 사진 자체는 이미 지워져 남지 않습니다.

Delete your Kins account

How to delete your account and data from Kins (developer: Hypeway).

In the app

Go to Settings → Delete account and slide to confirm. It is deleted right away.

Without the app — request by email

Send an email from the address you signed up with. Include your @handle if you can. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in info, name, handle and profile photo
• Photos and videos you uploaded, and your captions and comments
• Push notification device tokens

Your account and records are deleted immediately. Stored photo files are permanently removed within 24 hours. Photos other people uploaded belong to them and stay.

What is kept

If a photo you posted to a public album was removed by automated moderation, a record of that removal (photo ID, uploader ID and the flagged category) is kept to prevent abuse. The photo itself is already gone.
